Join Us

We welcome you to join our monthly in-person support group meetings, which are usually held on the 4th Tuesday of each month from 7:00 to 9:00 pm. See the schedule below for details. You can learn about our past programs on our “About” page.

For the first hour of each meeting, we explore a topic relevant to our members’ interests and concerns through a variety of guest speakers, panels of experts, videos, and discussions. We then typically break into small breakout groups to ask questions, share stories, learn from, and support each other.
